Frequently Asked Questions

I want to bring my child to training, where do I start?

The best place to start is by filling out the form on our Teams page. We will contact you to talk to you and your child about joining our club.

I'm interested, but don't want to commit just yet, what should I do?

That's absolutely fine! Your child's first 4 weeks are free, giving them a chance to see if the club is a good fit for them.

My child would like to play in matches for Tulse Hill, how does that work?

In an ideal world, we'd be able to have as many players as were interested playing in our teams. Unfortunately, given that Tulse Hill relies entirely on volunteers, we're limited by the amount of coaches we have available to us. As such, a child's involvement in a team is decided by the manager and coaches of that team, often at the beginning of each season. This will vary from team to team, so if you want further detail, speak with the coach of your child's age group, who should be able to explain further.

What do you do in your training sessions?

As a growing club, we are working to ensure that our training sessions and the lessons we're teaching our players are consistent across all age groups. Every age group will have at least one FA qualified coach with the main focus being creating a fun, safe environment for players of all abilities to enjoy their football.
